Baby gifts and 10 on 10

I've been making some baby gifts lately. A lot of my friends are having babies. My gift of choice is : hooded towels, pacifier clips, and diaper baggies (small ones that smell like baby powder from the Dollar Tree!)

A friend of mine had a baby shower today and she's kinda in panic mode. You know, that panic you feel just before you have your baby - I'M GOING TO BE A MOM!! I'M NOT READY!!

I remember going thru that. I had a panic month before I delivered. (The nurse at the NST kinda started it off, she panicked cuz his heart rate was low ((duh, I was on a heart rate medication!!)) so she admitted me to emergency labor and delivery.... I freaked out! Shark was at school and NOT around and they said if little man's heart rate didn't accelerate they would have to deliver!!) Yeah, it sent me into complete panic mode.

But now, it feels like Danger has ALWAYS been around. Even tho he's totally a handful, watching him and taking care of him is like 2nd nature. I just know what to do.

Yeah, sometimes my patience is thin, but I just send Danger up to play in his room....

We've been going out to play lately. I bought a bubble machine from Wal-Mart for $6 (best purchase ever!) and I buy the bubble solution at the Dollar Tree. But Danger has recently started to RUN to the road. So we don't stay outside for very long.

This is my 10 on 10, when in reality is a 10 on 11.... I completely forgot to do it yesterday! Ugh! Oh well. I got it done and it was awesome.

10 on 10 April

So I have been such a slacker lately.

I have a goal to do 10 on 10 for a year. It's not hard, I just always forget. For some reason, I can't remember to ever start taking pictures. I've even set alarms for it. And forgotten anyways.

So today, I actually remembered! So once I remembered, I set an alarm on my phone! I'm kinda excited to actually follow thru.

I'm taking the pictures with my iPhone, cuz I always have it. And I have written on the pics what we were doing. (I have the **free** Phonto phone app, you can write on your pics!)

1. vacation planning 2. making hats while babysitting 3. babysitting while mine is napping 4. home, just chilling with hubby and dog 5. lunch time! 6. I had to hold him still so I could get the pic 7. I found some leftover Easter candy, hubby told me he ate it all 8. Driving to the store 9. my haul after shopping 10. Danger found a pen, drew on his face

Actually, that's a pretty typical day for me. I babysit the neighbor girls in the mornings, my son is able to come with and play, it's pretty fun for all of us. He takes 2 naps a day and I was able to go shopping during his 2nd nap cuz my husband was home today. I don't mind taking him shopping with me, he's pretty good, but I certainly don't mind leaving him home to nap! 

I hang out with my son every day, and I mostly love it. 

My blog, my Facebook and my Instagram are plastered with his face, and his antics. He's a pretty cute and crazy little tornado.

ten on ten-ish April

Here is my Ten on Ten for April. I know there aren't 10 picutres, I tried, I really did....

Enjoy looking at my day. I sure do. I love when the 10th of the month lands on the weekend or a Monday or Tuesday cuz then my awesome amazing husband can spend the day with us! I love it!

Here's my 10 awesome beautiful moments for March!!

 Good morning, it's naptime!

 Chow down, short load! {He can SORTA hold the bottle, for like .3 eseconds, but other than that, his hands are not helpful!!}

 The Pout. Little Man does NOT like being dirty. As soon as I changed him, he was all smiles.

 2nd out fit, time to play in the gym!!

 Mama was cooking lunch, and I was sitting in the crook of the sofa, fighting this lion!

 Diaper change! Pants on my head always make me smile, that and being naked!

 3rd nap, 2nd change of clothes!

 Mama's boys are ready for a wedding. Don't we look so dang handsome!

There were a few hours in between the photos cuz we drove a LONG way to the wedding, here's us finally AT the wedding. Yay!

It really was a great day. Everyone at the wedding thought Danger looked so dashing! It was great to see family. The drive was kinda terrible, but he slept thru most of it and only cried the last 20 minutes. :/

10 on 10 February

Today is Feb 10th, and that means, 10 on 10! I'm pretty excited that I actually remembered before the day was done.

I opened a new can of formula to have it explode on me.

I ordered a whole bunch of books online for really cheap! They cam today, and I love mail!

Little Man has discovered how to grab things. He has been grabbing his play gym, and when he grabs the center ring, music plays! It's so fun to be in the kitchen, and suddenly hear his music start playing!

I made dinner today to Shark and I, this is his lunch all packed for work. :)

Danger was moving the blanket over his eyes. Not sure if it was intentional (probably not) but it was still cute!

I've started crocheting a monkey for Danger, I found an amigarumi pattern on Ravelry.com. We'll see how this turns out.

He smiles the biggest when I sing Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes.

We all took naps today, mom, dad, baby, and dog!

My neice's birthday party is this weekend, and I wrapped up her gift today!

And then, it was bath time, hopefully to calm him down.
