My iPod looks cold...

So, Angie showed me a project one of her friends did, and her friend Emily is a master-knitter. Emily made a iPod hoodie, complete with hood, pocket, and sleeves! I just about sold my iPod for one! But alas, that defeats the need for a iHoodie.... Well, Angie and I set out today to make one. We went to the Dollar store yesterday and bought a whole bunch of things we "might" be able to make these little sweaters out of. I bought a dish rag 2-pack, and a scarf. Angie bought spa socks and another scarf. Well, we tried Angie's scraf first, it was too stretchy, and my attempt was a complete fail, so much of a fail, that I didn't even take a picture of it. But then I got started on my dish rag... And it turned out pretty cool I think, no pocket and no sleeves... YET! And then I maliciously stole one of Angie's spa socks and made another hoodie. When I left, Angie was putting sleeves on hers... So cute! Even Shark thinks they're pretty cool.

We also made chicken wire boards, and since I left my extra fencing here at home, I will have to post mine when it's done. I am also giving it to a friend, so, it might have to wait just a little bit longer. But, Angie's turned out sooo cute! I love the color on her's. Once she posts a picture of it, I'll snag it and repost the pic on here!! That's me being sneaky....

So today's POTD is : iPod hoodies, conveniently donned the iHoodie. The light blue one (left) is the stolen spa sock, and the turquois one (right) is the dish rag. See, they don't look cold anymore, do they?! NOPE!
love to all you ear-bud slaves --
